Sales Development Manager - Insurance (0-3 yrs)
- You should be able to work flexible hours and achieve sales targets as an assistant sales manager. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills. The job roles and responsibilities are listed below for more information:
- Recruitment of a team of sales managers, establishment of the agency, and responsibility for the effectiveness of the sales manager, including early-stage support.
- In charge of assuring that team norms are followed. Important Responsibilities (A grouping of tasks and/or obligations) Relationship Management
- Support daily operations of the sales
- Manage relationships with the team, customers
- Building a high-performing distribution network for financial consultants, as well as recruiting, training, and motivating them to sell insurance
- Meeting with potential clients to sell insurance solutions while using.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Recruit sales people, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Summary of the Candidate :
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
- Every Graduate may apply
