Job Description:
Be a Sales Development Manager and grow our business! You'll hire financial advisors, show them how to sell, and make sure we earn more money in your area by working as a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire new financial advisors and train them on our products and sales tricks.
- Set clear goals and make plans to hit them every quarter.
- Visit local areas to find new customers or business chances.
- Check in with your team weekly to help them improve their sales.
- Learn what customers like and share it with your team.
- Keep track of sales numbers and report them to your boss.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree is a must-have.
- 2+ years working in sales or marketing (any field works).
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Good at helping people, talking, and planning.
