Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Job Overview:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving the sales and growth of the agency channel within a designated region. The CSM will lead the recruitment, training, and development of agency partners, ensuring that they meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and maximize business opportunities. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, sales leadership, and relationship management skills to enhance the performance of agents and expand market share within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the agency channel.
- Recruit new agencies and agents to expand the agency network in the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance of agency partners and agents, ensuring alignment with sales targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key agency partners and clients to drive business growth and retention.
Desired candidate profile:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
