We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team, drive lead generation, and build strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Salary Package : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales development team to meet lead generation targets.
- Develop strategies for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions.
- Track team performance and provide regular reports.
- Train and motivate the sales development team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
