Job Description :
- Recruitment and management of Leaders - Identify, recruit and manage Leaders from the respective location.
- Train and motivate Leaders to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review Leader's performance.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Leaders Recruitment
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
