Sales Development Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assemble your own team;
- Develop and inspire your team to close deals.
- Collaborating in the field with your team.
- Organize the regulatory training sessions.
- Achieve individual and group sales goals.
- Hold business meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- The monthly goal-setting and income assessment exercise.
- Preserve positive relationships with distributors and customers.
Essential requirements include :
- Completion of an accredited university education.
- A minimum of one year of managerial and sales experience.
- Proven track of creating and executing sales strategy.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- The readiness to travel widely for customer meetings and field trips.
