Roles and Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Work closely with other departments, including product development and customer service, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Candidate Requirement :

- 1+ year experience any sales field

- Education : Graduate

- Age : Between 21 to 38 years

- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
