A Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives to ensure they meet targets and effectively qualify leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
