Responsibilities:

- To screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

- To evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.

- To recommends equity investments.

- To develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.

- To builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

- To identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

- To tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.

- To locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

- To discovers and explores business opportunities.
