Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- To screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- To evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
- To recommends equity investments.
- To develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- To builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
