Sales Development Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
The Sales Development Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. This role involves developing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Evaluate and support agent performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build strong agent relationships and address issues.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Must be a local resident.
