Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-8 yrs)
- Business or a closely related field-related bachelor's degree is required. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to manage a sales team if you want to be successful in this position. An advantage would be prior employment in a sales-related capacity.

- Minimum two years of sales and marketing experience
- Graduate or postgraduate education

Manager of Sales :
- Controlling organizational expenses, revenue, and sales by creating a business plan.
- Achieving the intended sales targets.
- Setting individual sales goals in conjunction with the sales team.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing necessary reports on the outcomes.
- Managing the sales team's operations and output.
- Knowledge of developing and executing sales strategies.
- Customer relationship management expertise.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team.
- Organizing lead generation with marketing.
- Consistent salesperson training.
- Educating, motivating, and coaching your sales team to become more knowledgeable about your products.
- Increasing awareness of the company and its offerings.
- Create a new sales and marketing plan.
- Uphold wholesome relationships with agents and clients
- Promotes and sustains a positive attitude among agency distributors
- Building quarterly plans for achievements and managing risks
