Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting Agents & Advisors by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors.
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors.
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC : Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
