Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
Responsibilities :
- Generate a strong team of advisors
- Demo and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone, email as required.
- Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
Profiles of Ideal Candidates :
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in any field in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of the dynamics and processes of sales.
- Proficient communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
