We are urgently looking for Sales Development Manager for Haryana location. And candidates can apply who have best of knowledge and experience in sales & marketing field and ready to work with a team also.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Train and motivate your team mates Work as a leader for your team
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing retailers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to improve your product's sales
- They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs
Skills & Qualification:
- Graduated From any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field sales is required
- And for SR. position 2 years in BFSI sector is mandatory
- Good communication skill required
- Ready for sales and work with a team
- Leadership skill required
