Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Control the recruitment, education, and ramp-up of a group of sales development specialists
- Provide sales-ready prospects for internal progression to Sales Development Representatives
- Encourage team members with innovative rewards
- Check SDR dashboards to ensure that data is accurate, the team is on track to meet goals, and that necessary action is being taken
- Identify group procedures and sector norms
- Team members' performance by motivating, rewarding, and valuing them
- A team of sales development professionals under your management
- Set deadlines for the development of the pipeline and performance-based KPIs
- Look for opportunities to advance; deliberately employ solutions
- Performance of the team and each individual is regularly communicated
- Bringing on new SDRs and integrating them into the enterprise
- Teach the SDR team how to find, interact with, and create quality
