- We are hiring Sales Development Representative who are having experience in sales and marketing. Also who can handle business with his or her mindset.

Job Roles :
- Recruiting agents and activate team to achieve sale targets
- Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with the customers in the allocated area
- Arranging the meeting with potential dealers with ASM meeting
- Daily market visits to assigned Dealers & Sub-Dealers Counters based on planned to maintain cordial relationship and ensure achievement of sales targets and increase market share
- Appointment of new Dealers/Sub-Dealers as per plan
Desired Candidate :
Qualification : Graduation degree in any stream.
Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
Age : 24 to 38 Years.
