Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-11 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are presently looking out for candidates with Field sales. As a Sales Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
- Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, & Operations
- Ensuring compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
- Train Agents/Channel on products, process of Company
- Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set
- Align team members to people and business objectives of the Company
- Engage in joint field work to support assigned team and advisors
- Handhold team of front-line managers and advisors for a long and successful career
- Recruit and develop a team of Unit/ Agency managers
- Conduct learning and development sessions for team at regular intervals
- Initiate lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling
- Identify new revenue generation opportunities and maximize market share
Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Any Field Sales.
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- Candidates from all industry will consider
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
- Graduate is compulsory
