Job summary :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer's problem.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customer.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Preparing and presenting the product information to the customer.
Recruitment and skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication skills.
- 2+ years' Experience in any field sales.
- Ability to build own team.
- 1+ year's stability in past job.
