Sales Development Manager - BFS (1-6 yrs)
- An undergraduate degree in business or a closely related field is necessary. You must possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to be successful in this position. A plus is prior work experience in a sales-related position.
Job role And Responsibilities :
- Assembling and leading a team of financial agents and advisors.
- Manage the entire agent life cycle, such as training partners to use our app to serve customers in the most effective and efficient way.
- Encouraging partners to increase their pocket share with us, with a focus on renewals and prevention of diluting.
- Concentrate on the manager's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Recognize and adhere to the company's policies.
- Uphold strict business hygiene standards.
- Establishing a business plan that addresses cost, revenue, and sales control measures to manage organizational sales.
- Meeting predetermined sales targets.
- Setting personal sales goals together with the sales team.
- Monitoring sales targets and submitting reports when necessary.
- Monitoring the actions and results of the sales team.
- Working with marketing to coordinate lead generation.
- Your salespeople's ongoing training.
- Building the motivation, counselling, and product knowledge of your sales team.
- Advertising the business and its goods.
- Recognize the relationships between our products and our ideal customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Full-time, diploma, or degree.
- One or more years of sales experience.
- A thorough comprehension of the business environment. An added benefit is knowing about insurance products.
- The capacity to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable programmers. powerful presentation abilities.
