Sales Development Manager - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Lead Sales Development meetings and role play sessions with the team
- Advise reps as they formulate messaging and execute prospecting campaigns to secure new meetings
- Hire, Train, and Manage team of Sales Representatives and Enterprise Business Reps
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeaner and strong interpersonal skills
- Manage outside tele-prospecting agencies for lead generation
