Sales Development Manager - Agency Vertical - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a Manager in India's Leading Insurance Company a highly motivated Manager for an Agency Vertical - off roll team management profile is needed for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Putting together a team of highly driven financial consultants and advisors
- Find potential clients, source them, and establish enduring relationships with them.
- With the help of your employees and clients, you can generate revenue or business volume
- Advice Potential and reputable customers to work as financial advisors
- Encourage potential customers to call or come in person to discuss insurance options.
- Provide clients with advice on the insurance plans that best meet their requirements.
- Deliver policies that have been approved to new clients and describe the policy's benefits and hazards.
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Domain
- Age should be between 24 to 38 Years
Key Skills Required :
- Good communication and presentations skills
- Excellent Negotiations Skills
- Strong customers or client's network in the local market
- Ability to coach and mentor your team
