Sales Development Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- The Life Insurance Agent is responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients through the agency channel. The agent will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing life insurance policies, as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and establish new relationships with potential clients
- Educate clients on different types of life insurance policies and coverage options
- Analyze clients' financial needs and make appropriate recommendations for coverage
- Process policy applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Provide ongoing customer service to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have about their policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas set by the company
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
