Sales Development Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
- In order to manage the Agency channel and direct the business team, we are looking for an Sales manager. Setting and maintaining business goals as well as assisting the team's professional development are duties of an insurance manager.
Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with Sales Experience (Preferred Sales & Marketing candidates only) Experience 2+ year's in BFSI And Sales & Marketing
- Any discipline graduate degree.
- Minimum experience is six months.
- Any knowledge of field sales
- Preferably with experience in life insurance
Job Roles :
- Develop, Build, and Manage the Team and Aid the Relationship Manager in Building Up a Strong Partner Network. Recruit and Train Agents and Relationship Managers.
- Monitor the procedure From each stage on
- Together with the Marketing Team, Downloading, App Training, and Follow-Up create and carry out business initiatives.
- Create goal forecasts and monthly budgets.
- Health insurance sales using an agency model.
- Recruit, train, and generate business from agents in the designated area.
- Accountable for licensing and regularly monitoring activation of the same.
