Sales Development Manager - Agency Channel - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead agency performance. The agency manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Handle a team of Sales Managers.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
- Responsible for the productivity of sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stages
- Relationship Management .
- Channel Support and Sales Process Management
- Training and Product Support
Desired Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
- Age : 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills
