- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents


 - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.

- Advisors should be trained and inspired to provide a greater understanding of the market and goods.

- Follow up on and evaluate agent performance. Increase their revenue as much as possible.

- Identifying potential clients and educating them about the position.

- Regular customer contact is necessary to meet standards.

- Implementation of a sales plan By using market segmentation, expand the market's reach and penetration.

- Recruit new clients to boost sales.

- Keep an eye on market trends and examine consumer market activity to spot business prospects.

- Joint fieldwork to seek insurance coverage with the help of business partners and consultants

Requirements Skills :

- Superior communication abilities

- Excellent networking skills.

- Ability to make decisions

Candidate Requirement :

- Graduation in any stream

- 2 years minimum in sales and marketing

- Attractive personality and effective communication abilities.

- A challenge-ready person.
