Roles and Duties :
- Recruit agents for sales/marketing positions.
- Train them, motivate them to give an orientation of their job role.
- Maintain a good relationship with the manager and client his crew members.
- Seek potential clients and help them to upgrade of policy.
- Give a presentation to the manager regarding sales.
- Take daily updates regarding sales of the product.
