Sales Development/Inside Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Our Client is a blockchain-based credentialing platform, enabling organisations to securely issue, track and verify digital credentials and digital badges.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Inside Sales, Marketing Communications or Sales (B2C) within Professional Services, Financial Services and Telecommunications industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Consumer would be a strong advantage.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
