Overview:
The Sales Development Executive oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents. The role involves driving sales growth through effective agency management, ensuring advisor are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed, and building long-term relationships with key agents to maximize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit high-potential agents; guide them through the onboarding process.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to agents to ensure they achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
- Track agent performance, set targets, and help develop strategies to meet sales goals.
- Foster strong relationships with top agents and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure agents comply with all regulatory and company standards.
Criteria:
- Any graduate
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
