Sales & Customer Experience Executive - Residential Furniture (2-6 yrs)
CUBEWORKS, is entering the business of residential furniture. Currently, the business will focus on Delhi/NCR areas. The business addresses the need for high quality, well designed solid timber furniture, which is away from the run of the mill available in the market or online. We are designing our own furniture, manufacturing it under very strict quality control in our own factory, and want to retail through our own channels.
This furniture is made of exotic timber such as Mahogany, Beech and Oak sourced from certified forests, constructed with hand made traditional joinery and finished with environment friendly lacquers. The upholstery is with handwoven fabrics and genuine leather.
The overall customer experience is for very high quality and immense value at an affordable price. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the retail experience center on a day to day basis. The sales effort for customer experience, hospitality, protocol, sales closure, invoicing documentation, cold calling, setting up and managing customer appointments and general sales support is expected.
We are looking for a young person really passionate about good design aesthetics and high sense of customer focus and service orientation.
