Sales Counsellor - Training Solution (1-6 yrs)

We are hiring for our client-a leading IT Company. They have offices in all metropolitans but it can be a permanent WORK FROM HOME opportunity also for the ones who want to WFH.

JOB OVERVIEW :

- Role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of Company pertaining to IT industry. 


- As a Sales Counsellor, would be expected to counsel the prospects effectively for the programs whereby ensuring that the prospect enrolls for the program which is most suitable to his/ her profile and need. Person shall be designated as Sales Counsellor.

Job Responsibility :

1. Calling & Following up with potential learners to propagate Company's mission of providing career advancement opportunities.

2. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.

3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes

4. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions
