Requirement
- Previous working experience as an Admission Counsellor/Outbound Sales for (3 - 4) year(s)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Active listening skills & confident and soft-spoken.
- Prompt problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).
- Converting the leads via Outbound calls
- Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead) Strong listening and presentation skills
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
- Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
- Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication written verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Familiarity with the Indian legal environment
