A ) Proactive role :
1. Consolidate customer database with all relevant details in coordination with salespersons.
2. Send mailers to target customers as per industry type.
3. Maintain data of enquiry, offers, orders. Follow up with sales engineers.
4. Send regular follow up emails for submitted offers.
5. Share case studies from one region with others.
6. Call customers
B ) Reactive Role.
1. Reply to IndiaMart enquiries ( either acknowledgement or offer itself ).
2. 1 point contact for sales team for delivery status follow up
