Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Professional (3-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities are as under :

- Efficiently follow up with internal and external customers, on email and phone on assigned matters.

- To collate market information and analyzing and compiling them under the guidance of Business/Sales Managers.

- Preparation of Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Requests for samples, Presentations, Reports etc.

- Creation and maintenance of data bases, customers, orders, import export price tracking and sharing them with the concerned persons, in a time bound manner time to time

- Ensure proper and systematic filing and storage of documents, data and spread sheets

- Required support to Sales/Business Managers in Lead generation & follow up on enquiries to help them convert the opportunities to business.

- Follow up on customer order execution


- Interaction with Customers, Factory dispatch desk,

- Transporters/Couriers etc. for coordination of dispatch of material/samples and required tracking of them to ensure the customer well receive them.

- Follow up on Vendor registration documents & payments etc.

Skill Set/Requirements :

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office, including advanced excel, power point & emails & reports.

- Understanding about commercial transactions, duties, taxes, transportation

- Good analytical ability and sharpness

- Skills for preparation of sales reports, presentations & spreadsheets
