Sales Coordinator - Milling Machines (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by coordinate with the Sales Team on regular basis to give legendary customer service.
- Ensure timely documentation (Letter of credits document submission to bank within 15 working days from the date of laden on board) for all shipped machines with respect to Indian customs and forwarders to avoid any delay for the customers and enhance the process of documentation.
- Order execution in system-Microsoft Dynamics 365 & AX 2009.
- Order placing in SAP System.
- Tracking shipments & updating the same.
- Approving Checklist to Forwarders
- Coordination with the Forwarders for the Shipping Documents.
- Coordination with the Branch Office for Submission of the LC Documents to Bank.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all quotes to the Sales Team in coordination with the Seniors and colleagues leading to work as a team and provide legendary customer service.
- Generate MIS on monthly basis for all the machines shipped and circulate same to Service Team with machine scope of supply to provide excellent customer service and so as all partners needs to meet or exceeded and are confident that all request for sales quotations are satisfied.
- Look out for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile : Any Graduate prefer Mechanical Engineer
- 2-5 Years experience Engineer machinery manufacturing Co in sales coordination
