Job Description:
- Interaction with walk in clients. SPOC for all queries/clients
- Receiving calls from Clients for Groups Sales and allotment to the right sales person
- Calling the database for Birthdays
- Sending emails to clients for Birthdays/Corporate/School info
- Discussion & planning different ways with verticals for inventory management
- Coordination & planning with Sr Management & strategizing for lean months
- Planning on operational level for smooth functioning
- Analyzing the sales data (DSR and DPR) on daily basis
- Number crunching
- Assimilation of reports on weekly, monthly basis
- Sharing reports/ events with other departments as per schedule
- Maintaining the DSR and DPR for all verticals
- Competitor analysis
- Feedback analysis
- Potential vs actual for Bdays/Schools/Corp (basis their submission of reports)
- Coordinate and monitor customer satisfaction
- Administrate the Telemarketing database and identify customer visits frequency
- Provide follow up to attention and solution to visitor complaints inside the city to guarantee quality service
- Create and plan promotions for the different verticals and send them to marketing for the development of publicity material
- Concentrate the sales and income reports and statistics and present the monthly advances to the Group Sales Head and CMO.
- Analyze the competition: promotions, sales strategy and strategy development which might encroach on KidZanias opportunity areas
- Forecast of the shortage or increase of footfalls basis the reports to management.
