Sales Co ordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Preparing Sales Invoice.
- Compile sales activities by coordinating with Purchase, Technical, Warehouse and logistics departments.
- Collection and recordkeeping of important customer details like bank details and all.
- Arranging and follow up with logistics till material reach to customer end.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Updating sales data in required software.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Co-Ordinator in Manufacturing Industries.
- Industries Knowledge/Experience: Steel,Manufacturing,solar, Power energy
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
