Job description :

1. SC checks the customer requirement details based on the enquiry.

2. If the customer is aware about the installation details, then only pricing should be sent to the customer by SC.

3. If the client is not aware about installation details, then a survey should be organized by the SC.

4. To coordinate with the third party for Hydrant Systems, Alarm Systems, Sprinklers etc. for Surveys and Quotation.

5. SC should do the quality check on price before sending it to the director.

6. SC should send the quote to the customer the same day once the Director has approved the quote

7. SC should do a quote confirmation call with the customer immediately to confirm that the customer has received the quote and answer any questions the customer may ask.

8. SC Should follow up for the quotation as per the Process mentioned above.

9. The SC to the Director will create a Report of Reasoning for - Orders Not Confirmed- and submit to the Director, twice a week.

10. Outside agencies should share the installation details directly with the SC via e-mail who should save it in the customer file.
