Job Description :
- Should be preferably male as he has to communicate with customers and sometimes has to visit customer places for payment/ outstanding follow up, seminars/ exhibitions etc.
- He should be a graduate (science graduate is better but can be considered from other streams)
- He should be young, energetic person with self-driven personality- similar experience with 3 to 4 years is must.
- He should be well conversant with Microsoft office - specifically word/ excel and PPT
- He should have good verbal and written communications skills as to communicate with internal sales/service team, vendors and with customers
- He can support quotations preparations in somebody's absence or if the load is more
- He should be a well-organized person to handle the largest branch
- He should have good learning ability to handle all order processing work, payment follow up, report compilation (mostly in excel format), coordination of sales activities like seminars, exhibitions etc.
- He should have basic knowledge of commercial terms
- He should be able to communicate with our vendors for local supply procurement and further supply to customers
- He should support for all branch marketing activities like database compilations, report preparations as per the guidance of Regional head.
- He should be a self-motivated person and should work with minimal errors
