Sales Coordinator - IT Hardware (0-1 yrs)

- We are hiring for an IT Hardware & CCTV Surveillance company which is an authorized distributors of top brand in the market & wholesale Distributor.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling outbound calls, messages & emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate orders or query.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Organizing data and follow up with customers based on what is guided.
- Supporting the sales team and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Providing pricing and support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- Freshers can also apply or the one having 6 months -1 yr experience within a Customer Service, Tele sales or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the IT Hardware industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple tasks
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
