Sales Coordinator - IT Firm (1-3 yrs)
- Generate sales :
1. Generating new leads
2. Follow up, negotiation and closure of new sales deals.
- To attend appointment calls whenever required.
- Determine or create interest in Seawind's service offerings to the business owners / decision makers.
- Prepare presentation, proposal, and quotation and sent it to the prospects and clients as per their needs and requirement.
- Coordinate with existing clients for resolving queries and understanding further requirement or new customization.
- Working closely with clients and project development- team and follow ups till closure.
- Maintain and update the lead database and generate reports.
- Market research for exploring new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell programs to drive additional revenue.
- Coordinate with management and senior authorities for the demand of new product or services in market.
- Taking feedback for our new product and existing product from the clients.
- Maintain CRM history of client and handling online sales pitch, product demos, executing full life cycle during sales.
