Job Title: Sales Coordinator.

Skills set: OEM Portals Like HP or Cisco, IT hardware/ Software infrastructure, SAP, managing schedules, ensuring accuracy, sales orders efficiently.
Education: Any Graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material
- Ensure adherence to laws & policies.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations in the IT Hardware or System Integration.
- Experience of working on OEM Portals like HP, Cisco etc.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Adequate knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge about IT Hardware/Infrastructure related products and services.
- Any graduate or postgraduate
