Sales Coordinator - IT (3-6 yrs)
- The sales Coordinator job requires management of b2b sales leads for timely revenue generation.
- This will involve quotation generation, OEM order placement, order fulfilment and post sales coordination with technical implementation, support and billing team.
Key functions of this role are :
- Follow up with customers and sales partners for order closure.
- Coordination with management and relevant OEM for price quotation and pricing negotiations.
- Follow up with external logistics team for orders with physical delivery.
- Payment follows up with customers and partners.
- Spotting cross sales opportunities.
- Managing bank guarantees, bids, SLA, tenders and related sales documentation.
- Focus and drive to achieve results.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on the performance & business growth
- A Sales Coordinator with minimum 3-5 years of experience with sound knowledge of IT-Software/ outbound sales process.
- Must-have traits/skills for this role:
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure to achieve team and individual results.
- Should be an extrovert and confident person
- Proven track record in sales management
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills
- Good writing skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
