Sales Coordinator - IT (2-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilty:-
Timely commercial and technical response to the sales team
- Timely Best Pricing / SPC from OEM's and Vendors
- Supporting sales team members in negotiations in the initial stage
- Handling Customer Issues related to special pricing
- Give pre-sale support to customer.
- Follow up with Purchase Team for prices
- Follow up with Product Team for prices
- Prepare Proposal and send to customer
- Make Performa Invoice for customer orders
- Maintain Funnel, Stock and Achievement reports on the Daily / Weekly basis
Post Sales Support
- Uploading Sales Order in ERP Software and get it authorized
- Coordinate with Purchase team for order loading and get delivery Date
- Give Proactive update to customer on delivery & Installation
- Follow ups with different teams (Purchase, Billing & Delivery Team) for order execution.
- Timely Deliveries
- Coordinate with Installation team to get installation done
- Inform Finance team for Bill submission & payment process - Exception
