Experience - 1 + Yrs

Qualification - Any Graduate

Location - Mulund West (Mumbai)

Office Timings - 10:00AM to 7:00PM (UAE Process)

Week Off - Friday (Holiday) & Saturdays (half day)

Job Description:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

- Answering questions about products or the company.

- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

- Should have excellent English Written and Oral communication

- Expertise in any one of the below IT products.

(CCTV, Laptop & Desktops, Time Attendance system, PABX system, Printers)

- QuickBooks software knowledge would be an added advantage.
