Sales Coordinator - IT (0-1 yrs)
Provides support to Dir.of Sales, Regional Sales managers and Key account sales groups.
- Work with and coordinate simultaneous projects with many different departments within the company.
- Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail.
- Preparation of quotations according to the sales team requirement and then follows up, negotiating with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Coordinating with accounts for generating Invoice against each purchase order.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
