We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai (Chakala, Andheri East). The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, and order execution. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer queries, ensuring smooth collaboration with OEMs, and handling order processing and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

- Manage and respond to customer queries regarding orders, products, and services.

- Work closely with OEM partners to ensure efficient order management and follow-up.

- Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide data analysis.

- Maintain sales data, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.

- Support sales operations by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

- Assist in sales forecasting and inventory management.

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Skills Required:
