Our client is an MNC - Manufacturer / Distributer for HVAC systems.

Position - Sales Coordinator

Education - BSc / BA Graduation in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Work Exp - 2-3 years proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered as a plus

Location - Kandivali - Mumbai

Job Role -

1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

2. Processing customer RFQ (Request for Quote), preparing and sending the quotations on daily basis.

3. Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment of material.

4. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested..

5. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

7. Inform clients for unforeseen delays or problems.

8. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and purpose improvements.

9. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

10. Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Requirements

- Good computer skills (MS Office)

- Proficiency in English

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A team player with high level of dedication

Salary - As per industry standards

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
