Sales Coordinator - HVAC (2-7 yrs)

Position : Inside HVAC Sales Co-ordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.

- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

2. Sales Process Support:

- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.

- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.

- Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to convert them into sales.

3. Order Processing:

- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams for dispatch.

- Monitor inventory levels to avoid order delays.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Understand the company's HVAC products and solutions to address customer queries effectively.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in CRM systems.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.

- Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and sales documentation.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the external sales team to support their field activities.

- Communicate customer feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams.

7. Targets and KPIs:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

- Track and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

8. After-Sales Support:

- Handle warranty claims, returns, and service-related queries.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
