Sales Coordinator - HealthTech (1-3 yrs)
- The role will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations and is expected to have a keen understanding of the Healthcare/Insurance ecosystem.

Work Location : Chennai, Hyderabad & Bengaluru
Responsibilities :
- List and categorize hospitals to promote Heaps' products, in consultation with the Business/ Strategy Head, in the given geography.
- Identify the details of key decision maker/s and conduct initial briefing of Heaps.
- Create a window of opportunity for the Business / Strategy Head to present about
- Heaps mostly through physical appearance, or through a virtual connect, in case of unavoidable circumstances.
- Participate in business meetings with the leaders, gather notes and coordinate for next steps.
Job Description: Sales Coordinator :
- Maintain consistent relationship with the stakeholders involved in organizing subsequent interactions, keeping the leadership informed of the progress and developments.
- Based on the advice of the Business / Strategy Head, carry out follow-up meetings, documentation work, etc.,
- Provide the Business / Strategy Head with the correct and relevant information pertaining to a client in question.
- Conduct background checks to identify and gather verifiable information on a potential which could be critical for the success of the company.
- Keep track of and notify information about competitors operating in the segment as and when available in the allocated geographical area.
- Always maintain confidentiality of information and exhibit professionalism, sense of responsibility and ownership.
