Sales Coordinator - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Requirement:
- The major skill set required for this position are - strong follow-up, very strong at excel & systems, coordination, team management, convincing, excellent communication, must be good with powerpoint presentation making & presenting. Data Analytical skills. Must be really good with excel & ppt. She doesn't have to necessarily know how to do sales but must know how to get sales done and monitoring on a day to day basis
- This person will be responsible for all the on-field Sales team performance. Hence irrespective of her own age she must possess an attitude that is authoritative, demanding & bossy. This person will be an intermediary between company's management & sales team hence she has to represent management to the team & bring team's genuine challenges & market issues to the management
Job Role:
- Day to day team reporting of GT Sales Team
- Complete GT Sales Team database management
- Complete SS, Distributors, Retailers database management
- Monthly sales performance evaluation - on all parameters
- Target setting & roll out the targets
- Stay in touch with SS & distributors
- Greetings, wishes, relationship building, - with all SS & distributors
- Roll out SS, distributors, retailers scheme
- Get the competitors data from sales officers periodically -in terms of price, new entrants etc
- Minute sales monitoring
- New SS Appointments, New distributor appointments happen only through formal agreement with proper paper work
- New retail counters target of every day for SOs
- Fortnightly stock position
- Get the Order made & process the same
- Maintain an order cycle of 2 times at least on a monthly basis
